Making a purchase could not easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we require to be able to complete the order.


  • We will endeavour to fulfil all orders placed however there may be instances beyond our control where this may not happen and in these circumstances we will do all that is possible to resolve the issue. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the quantity of product ordered is sufficient material for your requirements.

  • Your order will be based upon our product prices (GB pounds) and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

  • If the prices or charges are different from those published this will brought to your attention before we accept your order and will give you the option to cancel your order before we accept it

  • This site has been produced for our United Kingdom customers and we do not sell to customers located overseas 

  • All samples are sent via Royal mail and the cost you bear is free 

  • Izotex cannot, under any circumstances accept any financial demands from the Buyer for late delivery, incorrect supply of goods, or incorrect delivery.

  • Izotex  recommends that the Buyer does not book a tradesman, until the goods have been delivered to the desired location, signed for and quality checked.

  • Delivery Service and those of our delivery Partners may involve deliveries being completed between the hours of 7am to 6pm

  • The risk in relation to the goods passes to the buyer at the point of physical delivery, at the time of delivery.


Payment can be made by most major debit and credit cards, or bank transfer. Payments are credit checked and final payment authorisation given, via our online payment gateway supplier.

  • We cannot take any responsibility for the non-authorisation of on-line payments for whatever reason or for any subsequent delay in delivery as a result of additional credit checks. Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Your details will be encrypted so they cannot be read and we do not store your card details.

  • Payment for the goods shall in itself constitute an acceptance of and agreement to these general Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and Returns 

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods, Such notice may be given by emailing to

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notified ourselves of your cancellation to return the goods 

If you cancel the order you will need to arrange to send the goods back to us at Izotex 1a Central Road Dartford DA4 5DF, 

  • The goods that are being returned must reach us within 14 days and be in a saleable condition

  • All products that are returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing

  • We cannot be liable for damages to products damaged being returned  back to us

  •  We recommend sending items using services that provide proof of delivery and insurance


​We will reimburse you for any returned goods without delay and in any event not later than 5 days after the day that we either receive the  goods back from you and checked that their of suitability of resale.

  • Except where the goods are returned because they are either faulty or the wrong product  in which case we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the goods to us

  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction

  • Standard delivery charges will be refunded along with the price paid for the goods cancelled 

  •  Any surcharges for express or upgraded delivery options selected by the customer will not be refunded.

  • Any products returned to us damaged will be deducted from the reimbursement. [We will supply photographic proof within 48 hours of the return for yourselves to pursue compensation from your designated carrier]


​After 14 Calendar days what you may view as a cancellation becomes a return and as such a notice may be given by emailing to 

  • the goods that are being returned must reach us within 14 days and be in a saleable condition

  • All products that are returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing

  • We cannot be liable for damages to products damaged being returned  back to us

  •  We recommend sending items using services that provide proof of delivery and insurance

  • We may make a deduction from any reimbursement to you for any loss in value of the goods supplied If the loss is due to any unnecessary  handling of the goods by you​rself 

  • We  impose a time limit for returning non-faulty products at 28 days after the initial end of the cancellation period of 14 days 

​As a consumer you will always have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by this returns policy. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office

All goods must be checked by the customer on receipt of goods  [POD must be signed and printed and dated]

  • No responsibility for damaged products, shortages or incorrect products can be accepted after 48 hours of receipt of goods.

  • If you receive damaged goods you will need to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery  

  • POD must state any damages on receipt of goods

  • Izotex will ask for photographic proof (where possible) of the damaged goods before Izotex  sends out replacements.

  • We will either refund you or send replacements as quickly as possible

  • In the unlikely event that Izotex has dispatched the incorrect product as per the order then Izotex will bear all costs to replace and collect the incorrect order.
